We are looking for Call Center Agents to support a telecommunications account in Cagayan de Oro. This opportunity is open to High School and Senior High School graduates, including those who are new to the BPO industry.
In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering a positive service experience.
Qualifications:
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- Customer service or call center experience is an advantage
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro with flexible schedules
Salary & Benefits:
- ₱16,850 starting salary for entry-level candidates
- ₱19,000 for applicants with 6–11 months experience
- ₱21,000 for those with at least 12 months experience
- Up to ₱30,000 for candidates with 6+ months international voice experience
- Up to ₱40,000 for candidates with 1+ year international voice experience
- ₱20,000 offer may be extended to candidates without BPO experience (based on qualifications)
- Relocation assistance available for applicants outside CDO
