Sales and Marketing Manager

Lead the Sales & Marketing Team in achieving Board approved budget for sales reservation, sales booking and lease income. Improve brand recall, improve sales lead in all available platforms, maintain and develop broker network both local and abroad, external and internal.
Sales Generation- Prepare and propose reservation, sales, lease targets and its related expenses to management.
- Improve sales volume via the monitoring of reservation and booked sales conversion per project and over-all sales performance versus sales targets; analyze trends and results; craft strategies to address sales objectives and targets.
- Recommend sales promos and/or sales financing scheme; incentive & reward programs for both buyers & sellers (brokers & agents).
- Formulate & implement marketing plans & strategies and periodically monitor & review its efficiency.
- Develop market intelligence; conduct regular competition scanning & analysis; identify sales threats & opportunities to determine CPDC’s brand health vis-à-vis competition and market and recommend action plans.
- Take the lead in regular sales & marketing events, including planning, budgeting & coordinating/organizing open houses, sales rallies/kick-off.
- Oversee broker recruitment & development
- Conduct sellers’ training including such as: basic salesmanship, how to secure financing, paper work/documentation, effective sales presentation, digital marketing, etc.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or related field
- Holder of a valid REB License
- At least seven (7) years experience in the related field
- Skills in sales strategies, research, market segmentation, business development, brand product and position and digital marketing
- Good oral and written communication skills; good rapport and customer service
- Proficient in MS Offices
