Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the assigned region.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, new customer acquisition, and product penetration within the region. Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy Adjustment:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges within the region. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies and tactics.

  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region, ensuring accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
  1. Industry Representation:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products, generate leads, and build brand awareness.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics within the food and beverage industry to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on new opportunities.
