Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Sales Plans:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the assigned region.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales objectives.
- Market Expansion and Customer Acquisition:
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, new customer acquisition, and product penetration within the region. Develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Adjustment:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges within the region. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress against targets, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies and tactics.
- Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region, ensuring accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
- Industry Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products, generate leads, and build brand awareness.
- Industry Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics within the food and beverage industry to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Regular and Periodic Activities:

- Plan daily sales routes and visit customer locations to sell products.
- Conduct sales transactions, process orders, and update inventory levels in real-time.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
- 2 Weekly Activities:
- Review sales performance against weekly targets and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- 3 Monthly Activities:
- Analyze monthly sales data and prepare performance reports for sales management.
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with warehouse inventory records.
- 4 Quarterly Activities:
- Participate in quarterly sales reviews to evaluate performance and set new targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan promotional activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:
