Inventory Analyst

Job OverviewWe are looking for an Inventory Analyst to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations within our distribution center. This role ensures proper stock monitoring, timely replenishment, and accurate reporting to support efficient warehouse flow and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances
• Monitor stock movement and ensure real-time accuracy
• Identify discrepancies, damages, and stock shortages
• Support implementation of inventory control improvements

• Ensure timely replenishment of picking locations
• Coordinate with warehouse team for proper storage and organization
• Support inbound processes (receiving and put-away accuracy)
• Maintain accurate system updates for stock movements

• Prepare inventory reports (discrepancies, slow-moving items, etc.)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data tracking
• Support audits and compliance with inventory procedures
• Assist in forecasting inventory needs

• Ensure stocks are ready for dispatch based on schedule
• Coordinate with fulfillment team to resolve inventory issues
• Track adjustments from returns and cancellations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in inventory or warehouse operations
• Knowledge in WMS and inventory systems
• Familiar with FIFO, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation
• Strong Excel and data tracking skills
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving ability
