Job Description
Posted on 6 April 2026- Ensures accurate monitoring and analysis of inventory level and real time inventory records.
- Initiates stock adjustments after thorough analysis of inventory movements towards achievement of 100% accuracy level.
- Investigates and reports to concerned heads and members any variance reflected in the system count.
- Ensures that all concerned department religiously follow the policies and procedures set on effective inventory management.
- Carefully evaluates & verifies all stock adjustments reports before final submission to head and OCEO approval.
- Regularly reports to management the accurate inventory profile of all departments carrying inventory either for re-sales or to be used for production.
- Initiates the regular updating of Individual Operations Manual.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any 4-year business course.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in credit and collection or general accounting.
- Has analytical skills, independent and organized, good presentation skills and has good to excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to work at Laguna St., Sta. Cruz Manila.
