As a Customer Service Specialist I, you shall be responsible for supporting the Company’s clients throughout the lifecycle, including the administrative quotation, master data, and order fulfillment phases. Additionally, you will also provide cover to the supporting Manager when required, as well as support in driving customer loyalty, maximizing business performance, and aligning to the overall business objectives to enable growth.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leverage extensive experience with European market operations to address region-specific customer and business requirements effectively.
  • Provide multilingual support to ensure seamless communication with international stakeholders.
  • Utilize Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and Genesys systems expertise to optimize customer service processes.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Experienced Microsoft Office and ERP (preferably Oracle) user.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian. Knowledge of both language are necessary, and additional EMEA language skills (e.g., Spanish, German, French) is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and process improvement.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of customer service experience required, preferably in an SSC/multinational/office environment with preference for experience in Master Data Management.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and Genesys is preferred.
  • Familiarity and experience with the European market is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in process optimization and knowledge transfer in a global, multicultural environment is an advantage.
