The Customer Service Manager leads a team of customer service representatives, sets policies and processes, and serves as a bridge between the customer service team and other departments within an organization.
Qualifications/Requirements- Effective problem-solving skills enable Customer Service Managers to handle complex and escalated customer issues.
- Strong leadership skills are crucial to inspire and manage a customer service team.
- The ability to mediate and resolve conflicts, whether within the customer service team or between customers and the company, is vital.
- Proficient in MS word, excel, power point etc.
