Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of IQVIA solutions
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (GM, Department Heads, etc.)
  • Lead client discussions and presentations on business solutions and insights
  • Develop and deliver proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, data, operations) to ensure seamless solution delivery
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to clients
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
(preferably at a specialist, supervisor or lead level)
  • Experience in healthcare industry required; pharmaceutical experience is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Exposure to contracting, proposal development, and deal negotiations
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong business acumen with ability to handle high-level stakeholder discussions
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
