Junior Account Manager

Podcast Network Asia is looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Junior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our brand partners, advertising agencies, and our internal production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, day-to-day operational contact for assigned corporate brand partners and advertising agencies, ensuring clear communication and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Campaign Onboarding & Kick-off: Lead the structural transition from the sales phase to project execution by organizing internal kick-off meetings and setting clear campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate directly with Executive Producers and Show Producers to ensure that client brand guidelines, ad spots, and scripts are seamlessly integrated into production workflows without compromising content quality.
- Deliverable & Milestone Tracking: Maintain absolute accuracy in tracking project milestones, ensuring all client-side assets (logos, audio files, script approvals) are collected, validated, and deployed on schedule.
- Data Compilation & Performance Reporting: Extract and aggregate multi-platform performance metrics (downloads, streams, and video views) to assist in drafting professional, client-ready campaign post-mortems and ROI reports.
- Workspace Data Hygiene: Enforce meticulous record-keeping of all ongoing client communication, contracts, and project lifecycles within company designated platforms (e.g., Airtable, Slack).
- AI-Driven Process Optimization: Utilize approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) productivity tools and automation protocols to streamline daily administrative tasks, including generating meeting minutes, drafting client recaps, and scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination within a digital marketing agency, media network, or advertising environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be based in or around Metro Manila and comfortable traveling for occasional in-person client pitches, strategy sessions, or agency partner engagements as required.
- Highly comfortable adopting modern workplace platforms (Slack, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace). Experience with or a strong willingness to learn AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Descript) is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to conduct professional online meetings with brand managers.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management habits, and the proven ability to balance multiple client portfolios simultaneously without letting details slip.
