The HR Assistant is responsible in providing administrative support in the implementation of day-to-day operations of human resources key functions and process in various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.

Essential Functions:

  • Handles the creation and processing of new hires enablement requirements such as company ID, payroll account, and government reportorial requirements and ensures delivery and process completion.
  • Provides support and assistance in the implementation of compensation and benefits services in accordance with company policies and government mandated benefits programs such and company initiated benefits.
  • Performs other HR related function as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.
  • Computer literate.
  • Work onsite.
