Position Overview

The German Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information across various communication channels. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and supporting business objectives through professional and efficient customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within company systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary and follow through to resolution.
  • Meet established performance metrics, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
  • Participate in training, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and service delivery.
