Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Works closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned clients to understand their ongoing needs.
  • Develop account plans to maximize sales opportunities with existing customers.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional heat transfer products and services.
  • Provide quotations and proposals for client-specific needs.
  • Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
  • Track and report on account performance and sales forecasts.
  • Visit client sites periodically to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
  • Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Specifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in industrial or technical products.
  • Technical understanding of heat exchangers, condensers, and cooling equipment applications is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
