Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Works closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain regular contact with assigned clients to understand their ongoing needs.
- Develop account plans to maximize sales opportunities with existing customers.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional heat transfer products and services.
- Provide quotations and proposals for client-specific needs.
- Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
- Track and report on account performance and sales forecasts.
- Visit client sites periodically to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in industrial or technical products.
- Technical understanding of heat exchangers, condensers, and cooling equipment applications is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
