eComia is seeking a highly creative, data-driven, and hands-on Social Media Manager & Video Content Specialist to support a growing international consumer brand portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content strategy, social media management, and video production. You will be responsible for planning and executing engaging social media campaigns, managing online communities, creating compelling content, and producing high-performing video assets optimized for modern digital platforms.
The successful candidate must possess strong storytelling abilities, excellent social media instincts, and advanced video editing skills capable of transforming raw footage into engaging, conversion-focused content.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management- Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars
- Create and publish engaging content across major social platforms
- Write compelling captions, copy, and calls-to-action aligned with brand objectives
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities
- Execute content strategies designed to increase engagement, brand awareness, and conversion
- Coordinate content approvals and publishing schedules
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and paid advertising
- Transform raw footage into engaging, mobile-first content optimized for audience retention
- Create attention-grabbing hooks, motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual storytelling elements
- Produce content in multiple formats, including:
- Vertical (9:16)
- Square (1:1)
- Landscape (16:9)
- Develop multiple content variations for testing and optimization
- Apply sound design, text overlays, and visual enhancements to improve performance
- Ensure all video assets meet platform specifications and best practices
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries
- Manage content files, project folders, and version control
- Ensure all creative assets are properly categorized and accessible
- Maintain quality standards and consistency across all deliverables
- Monitor content performance across platforms
- Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and conversion metrics
- Identify top-performing content and recommend optimization strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Utilize analytics to guide future content planning and creative direction
Qualifications
Required- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience
- Proven portfolio showcasing social media content and video editing work
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
