Social Media Manager

We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients — a growing home-based custom cake business looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to help grow their online presence and attract more customers through engaging content.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves social media, content creation, food-related brands, and short-form video marketing.

• Part-time
• 20 hours per week
• Must have EST overlap

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
• Create and schedule engaging social media content
• Write captions, hashtags, and post copy
• Edit short-form videos and reels
• Turn raw photos/videos into polished content
• Help plan creative content ideas and campaigns
• Suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and inquiries
• Maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand presence
• Assist with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns

• Experience managing social media accounts for food, bakery, dessert, lifestyle, or small businesses
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook content
• Experience editing engaging short-form videos
• Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling
• Strong English communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Able to work independently and bring creative ideas
• Familiar with current social media trends and viral-style content
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools

• Experience growing food or bakery-related social media accounts
• Experience running paid social media ads
• Photography or graphic design experience
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement reels
