Social Media Manager (Mortgage Industry)
Part-Time | 20 Hours/Week | EST Overlap Required | Remote
L'EVATE is currently hiring on behalf of one of our growing mortgage broker clients who is looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager to help build and grow their online presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and potentially other platforms over time.
This is not just a basic posting role. We are looking for someone who understands personal branding, content strategy, audience engagement, and how to turn social media into a real business growth channel.
The ideal candidate understands how to create professional, educational, and engaging content that builds trust and authority while helping generate awareness, engagement, and inbound opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Create and schedule engaging content including: Reels
Short-form videosGraphics/carousels
Captions
Stories
Educational content
Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media pieces
Help develop and execute an overall social media strategy
Create content calendars and posting schedules
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required
Research trends, competitors, and content opportunities within the mortgage and real estate space
Suggest creative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility
Assist with building the client's personal brand online
Track social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or personal brandsStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices
Experience creating short-form content and social-first marketing
Strong graphic design and video editing skills
Excellent written English and caption-writing abilities
Ability to create professional, polished, and modern content
Highly organized and able to manage content calendars independently
Strong understanding of branding and audience engagement
Reliable internet and ability to work with EST overlap
Nice to Have
Experience working with mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, or financial services brandsExperience with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or podcast/social repurposing
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar tools
Experience helping founders or professionals grow their personal brand online
Compensation & Schedule
Part-Time: 20 hours per week
$6 per hour CADRemote
EST overlap required
