HR Admin Specialist - Muntinlupa

The Admin Specialist ensures smooth operations by tracking and processing utility and service transactions, managing office supplies, and coordinating vehicle maintenance. They assist in asset management, oversee travel arrangements for employees, and ensure timely execution of company car insurance and registrations.

The role also involves developing talent through coaching, building skill sets of direct reports, and creating a talent pipeline for key roles. Additionally, the Admin Specialist handles employee disciplinary processes, performance reviews, and other tasks as assigned by management to support organizational efficiency.

The Admin Specialist also provides vital support to the Human Resources team by assisting in employee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and handling employee records. They help with maintaining HR documentation, processing benefits, and supporting employee relations and disciplinary actions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or office management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management, inventory control, and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office tools.
  • Experience in employee coordination, travel management, and vehicle maintenance oversight.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in executing responsibilities.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
