About the role
This is a full-time Accountant position at FSC METAL CORPORATION based in Quezon City. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounting and reporting, playing a crucial role in the overall financial operations of the organization.
What you'll be doing- Preparing, analyzing, and maintaining accurate financial records and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Preparing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage accounts payable, receivables and reconciliations
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and recommendations
- Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations
- A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Management Accounting is acceptable for this role, CPA license preferred but not mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, taxation and management reporting in a manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
