About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Advantage Club INC'. In this full-time, in-person role based in Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales growth and achieving our ambitious business objectives.
What you'll be doing- Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our product and service offerings
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet and exceed your individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice and solutions to clients
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
- Providing feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help improve our go-to-market strategies
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in a sales role, preferably within the Sales industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address client needs
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and sales analytics
