Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into members, building relationships with brokers and corporate clients, and ensuring high occupancy of our workspaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from individuals, SMEs, and corporations.
  • Manage tours and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Convert walk-ins, online leads, and broker referrals into signed contracts.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through follow-ups and personalized service.
Sales Targets & Reporting
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (private offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • Track leads, sales pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
  • Market & Competitor Insights
  • Keep updated on coworking and office space trends in Alabang and nearby areas. Provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, real estate, coworking, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both in English and Filipino.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer-focused, persuasive, and resilient.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
