Full job description:
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business prospects and converting them into long-term partners. You will be responsible for selling private offices, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, and virtual office packages to freelancers, SMEs, and corporate teams.The ideal candidate thrives on networking, building smart systems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and industry events to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Tours & Consultative Selling: Arrange and conduct engaging on-site tours, understanding prospect needs, and offering tailored workspace solutions.Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs (occupancy rates, revenue targets).
Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing members to increase retention and secure referrals.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client feedback.
Community Engagement: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience and create a vibrant community environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, real estate, coworking, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Customer-focused, persuasive, and resilient.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
