General Retail Manager
About the role
As the General Retail Manager at Hyundai Laguna Inc.', you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of our retail stores in the Binan City Laguna area. This full-time position is a critical role in ensuring the continued growth and success of our retail business.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate the activities of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting for your retail locations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new initiatives to drive operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform your business decisions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your retail team, supporting their professional development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant retail regulations and company policies
- Significant experience (5+ years) in retail management, preferably within the consumer products industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing retail teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, staff, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with retail management software and inventory control systems
- Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
