Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for driving property sales performance, leading and developing a team of property specialists, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. This role plays a critical part in expanding market presence and ensuring excellent client experience aligned with the company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates
  • Team Management & Development
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Property Specialists/Agents
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and fieldwork support
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team
  • Client & Account Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and brokers
  • Handle high-value negotiations and closing of major deals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey
  • Marketing & Business Development
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation activities
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Represent the company in property expos, networking events, and roadshows
  • Operational & Administrative Oversight
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
  • Oversee documentation, reservation processes, and after-sales coordination
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with minimum 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of the local property market in Cagayan de Oro and Northern Mindanao is an advantage
