Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for driving property sales performance, leading and developing a team of property specialists, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. This role plays a critical part in expanding market presence and ensuring excellent client experience aligned with the company’s standards.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates
- Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor Property Specialists/Agents
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and fieldwork support
- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team
- Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and brokers
- Handle high-value negotiations and closing of major deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey
- Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and lead generation activities
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Represent the company in property expos, networking events, and roadshows
- Operational & Administrative Oversight
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
- Oversee documentation, reservation processes, and after-sales coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of the local property market in Cagayan de Oro and Northern Mindanao is an advantage
