Job Summary

The Logistics and Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily chicken production operations and coordinating logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. The role ensures that production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved while maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with food safety and company standards.

• Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related course
• With at least 1 year of experience in production, logistics, or manufacturing operations
• Knowledgeable in production planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Willing to work in a fast paced production environment

• Supervise daily chicken production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Plan and coordinate product dispatch and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements
• Monitor inventory levels of finished goods and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company operational standards
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, and Transport teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare production, inventory, and logistics performance reports
• Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize production and delivery efficiency
• Lead, coach, and supervise production and logistics personnel to achieve operational goals
