We are looking for future iQorians who can speak English with proficient in one or more of the following languages:
- Mandarin / Cantonese
- Korean
- Thai
- Vietnamese
- Indonesian (Bahasa)
- Cambodian
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in at least one of the languages listed above.
- Ability to provide customer service and technical support to customers in the assigned language.
- Previous experience in a bilingual or multilingual customer service environment is an advantage.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to products, services, devices, or accounts.
- Diagnose customer concerns, identify solutions, and guide customers through resolution steps.
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and customer experience goals.
- Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.
- Build trust by taking ownership of customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable using computers, multiple applications, and online tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
