We are looking for customer-focused and highly motivated individuals with healthcare call center experience to provide excellent support to our clients.

- Salary: Up to ₱27,000 per month
- At least 6 months of Healthcare Call Center Experience
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to healthcare services
- Assist members with benefits, eligibility, claims, and other account-related concerns
- Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer service
- Document customer interactions in accordance with company policies
