We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will help resolve inquiries, address concerns efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and reliable customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
  • Follow established processes and maintain service quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex concerns.
  • Stay informed on products, tools, and processes to ensure accurate support delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing various tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic digital literacy and familiarity with customer support tools.
