FOR POOLING | Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will help resolve inquiries, address concerns efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide responsive and reliable customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Understand customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Follow established processes and maintain service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex concerns.
- Stay informed on products, tools, and processes to ensure accurate support delivery.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Representative experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer handling skills.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing various tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with customer support tools.
