We are seeking a Regional Content Producer – Lifecycle Marketing to create and adapt content that drives engagement across the entire customer journey — from awareness to retention. This role ensures 6clicks’ campaigns resonate within specific markets while staying aligned with our global growth strategy.
Role Overview
As a Regional Content Producer – Lifecycle Marketing, you will produce and tailor content for each stage of the lifecycle in your region:
- Awareness: Attract and educate prospects with SEO-driven blogs, thought leadership, and social content.
- Consideration: Nurture prospects with case studies, guides, webinars, and solution overviews.
- Conversion: Drive decision-making with landing pages, targeted email sequences, ad copy, and product comparisons.
- Retention: Strengthen customer relationships through onboarding guides, knowledge base content, customer success stories, newsletters, and advocacy assets.
You will collaborate closely with global marketing, product, and regional sales teams to ensure that all content reflects cultural and market-specific nuances while meeting lifecycle objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Lifecycle Content: Develop and adapt content across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention stages tailored to your region.
- Campaign Support: Translate global campaigns into regionally relevant content that resonates with local audiences.
- Content Formats: Produce blogs, emails, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, ad copy, landing pages, onboarding guides, and customer success stories.
- Localization: Ensure content incorporates local cultural, linguistic, and regulatory nuances.
- Customer Retention: Partner with customer success to create retention-focused assets that support adoption, loyalty, and advocacy.
- SEO & Paid Support: Contribute regionally optimized content for organic growth and paid campaigns.
- Insights & Reporting: Track and report content effectiveness across lifecycle stages, sharing insights to optimize future campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign production, or lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to create multi-format content across the entire buyer and customer lifecycle (awareness → retention).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience tailoring for regional audiences.
- Understanding of regional market trends, buyer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working with customer success teams is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are highly desirable.
