Content Producer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Coverage of Festivals and Events

Ø Travel to assigned locations nationwide

Ø Capture high-quality photos and videos during events

Ø Create highlight reels, reels/TikTok edits, and photo sets for publication

Ø Coordinate with field teams and partner organizers

Ø Post-Production

Ø Organize, back up, and edit raw media

Ø Create final outputs in various formats for social media, online publication, and internal use

Ø Ensure all edits reflect the brand identity and messaging

Ø Commercial Shoots (Non-Event Days)

Ø Conceptualize and produce in-house ads and promotional videos

Ø Work with the creative and marketing teams for campaign requirements

Ø Shoot and edit according to project briefs

Ø Attend planning sessions and content briefings

Ø Maintain and manage media equipment and data archive

Ø Collaborate with social media and graphic teams

Ø Expertise in photography, videography, and editing to cover festivals and events we have partnered with across the Philippines. When not on field assignments, the producer will work on commercial shoots and assist with content creation at our Parañaque office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing (event coverage & commercial work)

Ø Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop (After Effects a plus)

Ø Strong storytelling abilities with a deep understanding of branding and visual aesthetics.

Ø Creative eye for composition, color grading, and storytelling

Ø Experience in studio-based shoots, event coverage, and social media content creation.

Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure

Ø Excellent attention to detail and creativity in framing shots and editing.

Ø Knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording for video production.

Ø Willingness to travel nationwide and adapt to different working environments

Ø Flexible schedule based on event calendar
