What We Look For

We’re hiring a Video Content Producer to conceptualize, produce, and edit compelling video content for web, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for creative storytellers with strong technical skills in video production and editing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and storyboard video ideas with the Marketing team.
  • Edit and repurpose videos into short- and long-form content for social media and web.
  • Design graphics, thumbnails, and supporting visuals.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and sound.
  • Optimize edits for different platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Use AI tools (voiceovers, auto-captioning, avatars) to enhance video output.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video and graphic content.
  • Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and content library.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in editing or file delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality content on time while managing multiple projects.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in video and photo editing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), CapCut, and Canva.
  • Familiar with AI tools (Runway, Descript, Canva AI, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling and visual creativity.
  • Solid understanding of social media trends and video formats.
  • Basic sound editing and audio balancing skills.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

Work Hours & Setup
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.
