We’re looking for a Building Mechanical Engineer to support the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical systems across malls and commercial properties.
Job Description- Ensures all store facilities and equipments of the building are in good working conditions at all times.
- Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
