Key Responsibilities
Building Operations & Maintenance- Oversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and auxiliary systems
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and monitored
- Respond to technical issues and emergencies promptly
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical system issues
- Supervise repair works and third-party contractors
- Ensure quality and timely completion of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations
- Assist in securing and renewing necessary permits and certifications
- Implement occupational health and safety policies
- Assist in tenant fit-out reviews and approvals
- Monitor minor renovation and improvement works
- Provide technical evaluation for building upgrades and cost-saving initiatives
- Assist in preparing engineering and maintenance budgets
- Monitor expenses related to utilities and repairs
- Evaluate service providers and suppliers
- Maintain maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Prepare engineering reports and recommendations for management
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend efficiency improvements
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- At least 2–5 years of experience in building maintenance or property management
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building operations
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
