Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to manage the engineering, permitting, and construction documentation requirements for the construction of our new store branch in Commonwealth, Quezon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing plans and drawings, coordinating permit applications, ensuring compliance with local building regulations, and providing technical support throughout the project.
Qualifications/Requirements- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Licensed).
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in building construction, permit processing, and plan preparation/review.
- Strong knowledge of building permit application processes and construction regulations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and review construction blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with local government permitting requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage project documentation and government submissions efficiently.
