Job Description
As a Paraplanner, you will prepare precise and compact Statements of Advice, model financial strategies, and support advisors through Xplan expertise. You'll ensure compliance while contributing to high-level planning in collaboration with a global team of financial professionals.

- Minimum 3-5 years of paraplanning experience
- RG 146 accreditation is a plus, not a requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related course
- Advanced Xplan experience preferred
- Exposure to adviser strategy discussions is advantageous
- Strong communication skills (email and phone) with advisers
- Experience in insurance pre-assessment
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Write compact Statements of Advice and perform financial modelling, including SMSF, Trust, and Company structures
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Lead or manage small teams when needed
- Utilize full Xplan capabilities for planning and reporting
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with advisers
