Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the heart of client growth-nurturing renewals, expanding portfolios, and championing platform engagement. You'll drive success stories through strategic communication, hands-on support, and a sharp focus on delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and business value.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or customer service
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills; presentation background is a plus
  • Passionate about customer service and satisfaction
  • Proven track record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Creative and innovative in problem-solving and providing solutions
  • Working knowledge of the Customer Experience industry
  • Knowledge of project management
Your Daily Tasks
  • Manage customer renewals
  • Upsell and cross-sell to expand the customer portfolio
  • Increase customer satisfaction by identifying platform usage gaps
  • Drive usage by reaching out to end users for regular engagement
  • Engage the right stakeholders and ensure they receive relevant communications
  • Coordinate with marketing and implementation teams to relay essential information
  • Understand customer business challenges and goals, and align them with platform capabilities
