The Job:
- The position is responsible for smooth implementation of HR systems and processes, particularly in the areas of recruitment & staffing, employee relations & communication, compensation & benefits, training & development, civic & social relations, and personnel administration & services within company objectives and directions, HR Policies and Procedures.
The Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of 4-year course, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related course.
- Experience: At least 2 years Supervisory experience in the HR field.
