Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Team in their daily operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal departments, and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, especially provincial sales personnel in their day to day needs
- Process and coordinate client requests and inquiries
- Monitor delivery schedules and pull-out transactions
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of concerns
- Maintain accurate filing of documents and records
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of work experience in related industries
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Persuasive and confident in dealing with clients
- Pleasing personality with a professional attitude
- Fast learner and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Flexible, dependable, and highly organized
- Demonstrates punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility
