Administrative Assistant | Full-Time | On-site

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our management and various departments in a dynamic construction and engineering setting.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management and various departments
  • Assist in preparation, filing, and monitoring of company documents, reports, contracts, billing documents, and permits
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams regarding schedules, deliveries, and document requirements
  • Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing communications, emails, and records
  • Assist in procurement and purchasing documentation (e.g., canvassing support, PO/PR monitoring, transmittals)
  • Maintain organized filing systems for finance, HR, and project-related documents
  • Support scheduling of meetings, site visits, and company activities
  • Assist in monitoring office supplies and administrative requirements
  • Perform other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Accountancy, Management, or related courses
  • At least 1 year of experience is preferred but not required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced construction and engineering environment
  • Experience in administrative work is an advantage
