Job Description

1. Membership

• Recruit new members

1. Credit Initiation

• Interviews the client and assists the preparation of the Loan Application Form
• Conducts Credit Investigation/Background Investigation
• Recommends to the LO appropriate action of all loan applications assigned to him

1. Loan Collection and Monitoring

• Collects payments of loans from the assigned clients
• Issues Provisional Receipts to members upon receive of collection
• Delivers collection and reminder letters
• Prepared the Daily Collection Report of all transactions made for the day
• Conducts cash count in the presence of the Cashier or Teller
• Monitors assigned credit/loan accounts
• Recommends to the LO appropriate action of all delinquent accounts assigned to him

1. Security and Safety

• Ensures the security of the daily collections
• Responsible for the safety of the properties assigned

1. Acceptance of Deposits (CBU, savings, etc)

• Accurately accounts for the deposit and share capital

1. Targets

• Hitting the collection targets daily and monthly for Loans, Deposits and Recruitments

1. Daily Reports with signatures

• Checked and signed Official Receipts
• Sorting Daily Reports
• Cash Count Daily Report
• Blotter Daily Report

1. Other Duties and Responsibilities

• All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
• Willing to be assigned/ transferred for reshuffling purposes at any time

Qualifications/Requirements

• College graduate of any BUSINESS COURSE
• Computer literate
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Honest, responsible, persistent, competitive and with good communication skills
• Applicants must have their own motorcycle, good driving skills and must be a licensed driver
