Junior Accounts & Admin Officer for a Betting Entertainment and Technology Group in the US (Home Based Full Time)

• Daily and monthly reconciliation of all payment gateways (both deposits and Withdrawals) and banking in the revenue platforms.
• Daily and monthly deposit reconciliations between Bank and wagering & fantasy platforms.
• Processing Daily Withdrawal to the clients and its reconciliation with the wagering and fantasy platforms and bank.
• Daily and monthly chargeback monitoring and reconciliation between Bank and Platforms.
• Monthly pending withdrawals and cash in transit reconciliation of player funds for platforms.
• Assist revenue analyst in calculating the revenue
• Calculate gaming / sporting body taxes for various wagering and fantasy products on monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
• Recording of accrual journals for sporting body taxes as calculated above.
• Assist the revenue analyst in preparation of weekly scoreboard of revenue performance across different products;
• Data entry of the invoices received in Xero.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required;
