Job description:

 A.  Finance Management
  • Maintain tools and trackers for the cash flow of the project budget for the chapter activities.
  • Provide a budget forecast to ensure timely availability of funds and prepare cash requests to NHQ based on the forecast and monitor the cash on hand and cash issuances to the staff by maintaining trackers and receiving documents.
  • Review and pre-audit vouchers for liquidations and reimbursements prior submission to the NHQ.
  • Report the monthly accruals to the National Project Officer - Finance and Ops.
  • Ensure timely processing and releasing of payment for vendors, volunteer allowances, and cash advances to staff
  • Maintain and update the project bank book.
  • Reconcile expenses and compliances in accordance with the PRC’s policies and procedures.
  • Provide reports to the National Project Officer for Finance and Ops as required.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
 B.  Operations and Administration
  • Maintain the attendance of the project staff and ensure compliances of documents such as DTRs and NWOs.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for project staff in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage the inventory of the chapter and record operational conditions on a regular basis.
  • Establish and manage an effective filing system for administrative documentation.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as delegated by his or her immediate supervisor within his/her capacity and PRC Mandate

Qualifications/Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as but not limited to Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Finance or Accounting.
