JOB TITLE: Liaison Officer and Payroll Administrator
COMPANY: Brightem Realty Corporation JOB SUMMARY Brightem Realty Corporation is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Liaison Officer and Payroll Administrator to assist with government permits, regulatory compliance, payroll processing, and administrative support.
The successful candidate will act as the company’s representative before government agencies while ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration for employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Government Liaison and Permits- Process, monitor, and renew business permits, licenses, clearances, and registrations.
- Coordinate with local government units, City Hall, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DENR, Bureau of Fire Protection, and other government agencies.
- Follow up on permit applications, inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Maintain records of permits and ensure timely renewals.
- Prepare and submit required documents, reports, and government forms.
- Coordinate with company engineers, contractors, and consultants regarding permit requirements.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
- Compute salaries, deductions, government contributions, and other payroll adjustments.
- Coordinate with Accounting regarding payroll releases and employee records.
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries.
- Prepare reports related to payroll and government compliance. Administrative Support
- Maintain organized filing systems for permits, payroll records, and company documents.
- Monitor deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Prepare correspondence, letters, and reports as needed. *Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
- Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must have a strong English background, both written and verbal. *Experience in payroll processing, government liaison work, or administrative support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain orderly office records and documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence. *Willing to work long hours when required.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
