Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Technical Sales (Baker)

Join our dynamic team at Universal Robina Corporation' as a Technical Sales (Baking) professional. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and sales guidance to our customers . Your deep knowledge of baking and pastry techniques will be integral to driving the success of our baking products and solutions.

• Provide technical expertise and customized solutions to customers, ensuring their baking and pastry needs are met.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our baking products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations and competitor activities.

• At least 2-Yrs Graduate in College, with NCII in Bread and Pastry is an advantage but not required.
• Extensive knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, equipment and ingredients.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical sales or baking/pastry specialist role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to provide hands-on product demonstrations and training.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and deliver tailored solutions for customers.
• Passion for the baking industry and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Able to work on field in South Luzon or Region 5 and can drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Two (4) full-time position available.
