ABOUT YOU:
Accounting, reporting, and reconciliation are your jams! You start each day with a cup of coffee, ready to dive into updating multiple QuickBooks Online accounts.You will work on several client accounts performing accounting duties. You will also oversee a team of Bookkeepers and their daily activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting plus more than 3 years of accounting experience
- Must be a CPA (in the Philippines); Audit experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping
- Ability to utilize independent judgment in establishing the accuracy and reasonableness of information; Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work cordially with people of different backgrounds in the organization
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to share knowledge and information at different levels of the organization
- Must be customer friendly and focused with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to successfully resolve and manage conflict.
- Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks Online or other equivalent accounting software
- Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing platforms (Excel & Google Sheets – including pivots, nested formulas, charts, etc)
- Fast learner and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work independently, take ownership and work independently
- Strong communication and writing skills; Integrity & confidentiality are required
