Program Overview

The Ready Now Program is designed to develop and prepare future finance and accounting professionals through immersive learning in the poultry industry. The program provides structured lectures, practical exposure in farm and plant operations, and continuous mentorship from experienced industry professionals.

By combining academic knowledge with real operational experience, the program helps build future professionals who are equipped to support financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and business growth in a dynamic industry environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Financial Management, Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or related business courses
Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
Willing to work in farm or plant based environments
Willing to be assigned onsite in Cagayan de Oro, Tagoloan, or Bukidnon
Strong interest in accounting, finance, and business operations
Detail oriented, organized, and eager to learn
Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Willing to undergo training and development programs

Key Learning Exposure

Hands on exposure to accounting and finance processes in farm and plant operations
Training in basic financial recording, reporting, and analysis
Understanding of operational costing and expense monitoring
Mentorship from finance and accounting professionals
Development of business and analytical decision making skills
