Report project updates, milestones, and risks to the project manager.
- Oversee site construction, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
- Collaborate with managers, architects, and subcontractors for timely completion.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of compliant construction materials.
- Identify risks and implement measures to prevent delays, cost overruns, and hazards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and quality controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 2 years experience in Land Development and Housing Project
- Knowledge in riprapping and slope stabilization works
- Proficient in AutoCAD and basic surveying equipment
- Experienced in material estimates, productivity analysis, and contractor billing evaluation
- Strong background in road works, drainage systems, slope protection, utilities, and amenities
- Can start immediately
- Strong leadership and people management skills
