Sales Business Dev (IT Sales)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Achieves individual sales growth targets by adhering to KPIs set to achieve individual and organizational performance goals.
  2. Identifies, develops and targets new clients and business opportunities by initiating site visitations at clients' office, sales call, etc. to support sales growth targets in the assigned industry/geography or Account base.
  3. Carries out lead generation and data mining using Salesforce and other related tools and translates these to successful sales.
  4. Develop and implements individual territory and market segmentation strategies to meet target Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives.
  5. Collaborates and works closely with Marketing, PM and other concerned departments by providing feedback
and insights on programs and products towards the development of GlobalSign’s IAM and IoE roadmap.
  1. Provides excellent customer service to clients that meets company’s standards to maintain and extend business relationships.
  2. Keeps management informed by providing Team Lead and Manager up to date and reliable sales data such as sales call report, daily/weekly/monthly work plan, etc. and provide process improvement suggestions that will serve as strategic tool in further developing and expanding the business.
  3. Assists Team lead/Manager in his/her management role by representing the company during outside and inside work-related activities including but not limited to weekly meetings, sales events, etc.
  4. Complies with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to information security and acceptable use, and undertaking mandatory in-house company training as required.
  5. Performs other related tasks as directed by Immediate Supervisor/Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor's/College Degree, any Marketing and Sales related field.
  • At least 2-3 years’ Sales experience in IT Sales.
  • Experience in Key Account Management and solution selling. Preferably from System Integrator working for 2-3 years.
  • Proficient in CRM applications (preferably Salesforce.com) and related tools.
  • Excellent English Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of information security related products/services and/or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn/assimilate GlobalSign solutions.
  • Strong presentation, both written and oral, as well as good analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
  • Strong time management skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple activities, effectively manage your own time, and work independently to meet defined performance metrics and booking objectives
  • Strong analytical, business process development and problem-solving skills
  • Team player. Willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Overseas training, travel required (infrequent).
