Shopify Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, adaptable, and experienced in Shopify, with the ability to maintain seamless store operations while delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Manage customer inquiries across email, chat, and social media with professionalism and care
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using Shopify and ShipStation
• Coordinate supplier shipments and track inventory to maintain product availability
• Maintain and update inventory records using Google Sheets and Excel (must-have skills)
• Support in creating and editing marketing materials or visuals using Canva (preferred)
• Proactively identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows
• Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• 2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience (MUST)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (MUST)
• Experience using ChatGPT for workflows and customer interactions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Background in shipping coordination and inventory management
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

• Familiarity with ShipStation
• Basic skills in Canva (a plus)
• Previous experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce environment
