• Manage and oversee all operational aspects of the company, including logistics, warehousing, and transportation
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and oversee the work of the operations team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders to address any operational issues or concerns
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the freight/cargo forwarding industry
• Thorough understanding of freight and logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and customer service
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in using relevant software and technology for operations management
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
