HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Location: Cebu-based preferred | Full-time

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Head of Operations to lead the backbone of our fast-growing real estate operations. The ideal candidate is a graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related course, with a strong foundation in systems thinking, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Agents’ Portal Access & Support
  • Manage agent onboarding and portal activation
  • Troubleshoot access and login concerns
  • Coordinate system updates with tech team
Website Listings Coordination
  • Oversee property listing uploads and edits
  • Liaise with marketing and brokers to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Maintain visual and content consistency across our platforms
Google Sites Content & Access
  • Manage and update our internal knowledge base (sales decks, training, templates)
  • Ensure real-time access for agents and team leaders
  • Collaborate with trainers and department heads for content rollout
Sales Operations & Systems Oversight
  • Ensure all sales tools, trackers, and dashboards are updated and functional
  • Work with branch teams to resolve sales-related operational concerns
  • Recommend improvements for faster, more efficient selling

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any operations-focused program
  • Strong background in systems design, process documentation, and coordination
  • Excellent communicator in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya — both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools: Slides, Sheets, Docs, Sites
  • Confident in building sales reports, SOP manuals, and operations playbooks
  • Tech-savvy, analytical, and solution-driven
  • Can work independently while managing cross-functional teams
