Role Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals develop independence in daily activities. The role involves working with children (and/or adults) to improve functional skills through individualized, evidence-based interventions in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for clients with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and other conditions
- Utilize evidence-based approaches (e.g., sensory integration, ADL training, play-based therapy)
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide caregiver education and home program recommendations
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn and attend trainings
